GO Digital respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect users of our website, go-digital.ae, to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines our procedures concerning copyright infringement claims.
We are committed to protecting original content. GO Digital provides information and analysis on advanced digital marketing strategies and AI technologies. We will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all the following details to be valid under the DMCA.
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Provide specific details, such as the title and URL of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing. Include its URL or other reasonably sufficient information to allow us to locate the material on go-digital.ae.
- Contact information for the complaining party. This must include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate. Also include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please send all DMCA takedown notices to our designated copyright agent. Only notices sent to this email address will receive action. We cannot process notices sent to other departmental addresses.

DMCA Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. This process allows you to dispute the removal of material. Your counter-notice must include specific information.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed. State the location on go-digital.ae where the material appeared before its removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the UAE, for any judicial district in which GO Digital may be found. You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy
GO Digital maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion. This action may occur without prior notice.
